Recovering from COVID and this was the perfect first workout back. It felt so grounding - was the perfect way to connect back with my body. Loved the heart themed playlist too! 

This is an incredible class - have done it many times. I would always recommend this one to anyone who is new to M/body. 

Everything I love about M/body - including some beautiful new choreo and a 🔥playlist. 

Haven't done this one in two years (why?) - this one still stands in my top 5 classes and the PLAYLIST is 100. 

Such a great (and surprisingly sweaty) healing hips class that really allowed me to tune in.  Loved the playlist - Boygenius and Modest Mouse?! So good.

This is such a great luteal phase workout - had little energy tonight but so happy I tried this one! Feeling more connected and like I am going to sleep well tonight. 

I am a huge proponent of heavier weights, but found myself ditching the weights for part of the plank dance. Was still effective and challenging and will pick up the weights again next time. Beastie Boys made my 90's inner child so happy - I saw them live in 1994 and may have been the highlight of my teenage years. 

How am I just doing this one now for the first time? Incredible class - flow and sculpt are top tier.
