This is the first ever workout I did on the platform nearly 4 years ago! Revisited it today and feel like I knew it in my bones. Recovering from a fall and pretty bad injury to my leg, arm and ribs - this was the perfect workout to ease me back in (I didn't do the jumps, baby steps). 

LOVED this class - it had it all! The way the ketchup chips and wine gums comment sent me over the edge ...😂

This one has been elevated to my Top Five All Time Fave Classes. Normally scared of chair dances (why, though?) - this one made me feel alive.

Beautiful class - deeply healing. Love the "melty space" this creates. Going to take this with me through the rough patches. 

FLAWLESS - so much joy and power in this one. Plus, puppies!!
