Loved revisiting this one on Day 3 of the Challenge! Looks like last time I did this my hip hurt and this time it's my shoulder. Good news is, my hip feels great! This was a good one to modify for my shoulder injury. Loved the cardio burn at the beginning!

Such a great start to the challenge today. Still recovering from a rotator cuff injury so have to modify quite a bit (lots of hands in prayer, thanks to Faith Kelly). But I was able to do a few planks. Maybe in a few weeks I will add light weights. Striving for five!

Loved this one for a lower energy day. I was able to do a few (minor) modifications to accommodate my rotator cuff energy with no pain. Feels good to get back to the mat. xo

This seems to be my go-to injury workout - currently have a shoulder injury and this one did not aggravate it. I dislike not being able to work out my arms, but maybe this time will allow me to get buns of steel?

Great class! Reminded me of a Pilates reformer class. My carpet is a little too thick and my cat kept attacking me. Next class the cat is getting locked in a room and I will try it on the wood floor. Also (note to self), do 5 lb weights next time!

How have I not done this one before? Such a powerful flowy class - the time flew by and I was super sweaty
