This is so amazing!!!

This was the PERFECT one to do in this space. Loved healing hips so much I will be coming back to this over and over again! I have a chronic hip injury and this was incredibly healing.

I LOVE these goals! And I feel the same way about planks - I am feeling my body getting stronger though. I can do more than I could a few months ago and find when I focus on that, the dread eases. You got this!

I hit post too soon - I wanted to note that this valley has a Mediterranean like climate and many amazing wineries - which is very unique to Canada. It’s an amazing place to live and wanted to share some of the history :)

I currently live on the traditional and unceded territory of the Tl’lulpalus and Hul'q’umi'num people - what is know known as Cowichan Bay, British Columbia. It is a small sea side village in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island.
