I have been picking random Signature 60 classes to do in the evenings and I always seem to pick the one that I need. This one had me in tears at the end. The hip stretches were such a release and the words at the end were exactly what I needed to hear - on so many levels.

I also have the booty kicker and love it! I can tuck it away after using it and it can even store weights. Getting this was a game changer for me - I ordered it from Amazon.

I paired this with a 20 minute sweat class and it was just what I needed today. I could feel the stress wash away. Somehow Marnie always seems to know just what my body and soul need. I will be coming back to this one often.

The ballet stretch is incredible - how am I just finding this one now? It was everything I needed today.
