This one is incredibly powerful. It really showed my how much stronger I have become over the last 8 months of this journey. I am dripping with sweat and brimming with pride as my body can now do things that I once thought was impossible. This one is an instant fave!

So many good ones! I think my two picks for this are M/60 Signature 93 and M<45/Sculpt abs stretch 77. I also love the XXX classes and Phenomenal Woman (let’s face it, I love all of them).
