Did this one at the suggestion of Lindsey Jordan (the Queen of workout suggestions!) as I was feeling low energy and PMSy this evening. This was such a great one to get out of my head and back in my body - it was gentle and sweaty at the same time. Adding to my low-impact/low-energy/need motivation playlist!

I feel like at this point I am just adding every new workout to my favourites list. I suffer from chronic hip pain and it has been flaring up lately - the no impact and hip healing moves in this one are just what I needed.

I have been easing my way back into longer workouts after a flare up of chronic hip pain. I was looking for something that wasn't bouncy but still brought some heat. So glad I revisited this one - reminds me of all the reasons I love this platform, in every way.

So much fun - loved the playlist (hello singing at the top of my lungs to Natalie Imbruglia). This one is great if you don't have the energy for jumps but need a pick-me-up. I was feeling blah, but now feel great.
