Wow, this clas seriously kicked my 🍑 - I did about half of it with 5 pound weights and had to switch to 3's because my shoulders were on fire. I really loved the mix of strength and endurance - it is low impact but still brings the sweat (low impact workouts are my thing right now). Looking forward to coming back to this to improve my balance on the ball.

Agree with Cara! I stay with my dad a few days a week and am without a barre - would be fun to have some more chair options. But I am not going to lie, I was half dead after today’s class - lol.
