Did this one at the suggestion of Lindsey Jordan (the Queen of workout suggestions!) as I was feeling low energy and PMSy this evening. This was such a great one to get out of my head and back in my body - it was gentle and sweaty at the same time. Adding to my low-impact/low-energy/need motivation playlist!
