Floor abs please!

Don’t mind me, just sobbing on the mat. This was a big week for me, letting go of a job I have been at for more than a decade. I am finally getting somewhere with my shoulder and this workout was the best kind of PT. I could actually do the weight work! 

I know it is not an option for this week, but would love a 10 minute grounded abs! 

"Stop outsourcing your worth and start inhabiting it." This is my new Marnie Mantra. You don't know how much I needed these words and this movement today. 

I really loved this one. I haven't been to the mat in awhile due to a pretty intense shoulder injury. This was exactly what I needed to ease back into movement while honouring my very limited mobility in my left arm. Felt really good to show up for myself today.

I think this might be one of my all time favourite classes. Really allowed me to tune in and be present.

Love this! Jumping around the the board to honour my shoulder, but have done 5/6 days so far and am feeling stronger and more mobile! Also, we can add GIFs to comments now? Game changer - haha.
