Also, when I had COVID I found that elderberry syrup was helpful. Staying hydrated. Also time in the sunshine helped me - probably for the vitamin D. I hope you recover fast!

The extended cardio series was fun and freeing. I enjoyed the challenge of the lower body work too. Great way to start the day!
