You know what’s ironic? I almost didn’t respond here because of negative self talk. I was like, “No. You don’t really have anything valuable to say here.” Then I caught myself and smiled and said, “Wait a minute. That’s just BS. I DO have something to share, and obviously you’re still growing in this area!” Oh my. Being human….! Anyway, what I thought of to contribute is that I have really appreciated and grown through exploring the books, podcasts from some amazing people that speak to our relationship to ourselves and others.
