I agree with Beata. Going back to the first few classes Marnie recorded for the 20 and 30 minute time frames might be good too. Also, if you scroll down on the online workouts page there is a section that has videos with tips on form, terminology, basics that are really useful. Good luck, hope you enjoy the journey and WELCOME!!

I have some that I bought on Amazon to wear on hotels - I donโ€™t recall the brand. They have grippies on the bottom and cross cross elastic over the foot. They are okay. Not great. I like working barefoot better! I do wear them around the house though!

30 minute workouts are perfect for me Mon-Fri. I do 60 min on Saturday. I like the current variety!
