Hi Alice! Welcome! To answer your questions, my strength and especially core have improved, also my balance. My legs and rear are strong. I started M/BODY in hopes of relieving chronic back and hip problems - itโ€™s working! Iโ€™m well and happy! I do about 5 to 6 days per week, one of them being a recovery or stretch class. Mostly 20-30 minute sessions during the week. On the weekends I try to get a 60 minute class in. I would check with Marnie on ankle weights. Iโ€™ve never used them. I do recommend working out barefoot if possible. Have fun!

Leah, you are so thoughtful and encouraging. So happy for all who get to gather in Italy. Iโ€™ll have to wait for a more local retreat opportunity that fits my budget. But, I echo your thoughts of wanting to meet people in person! Enjoy!

A wonderful class - felt classic and empowering. Loved the playlist and the challenges. I actually managed to do most of the ab series, and had a nice adjustment of my spine too. Lovely way to love myself this Valentines weekend. Happy Palentine's Day, Fam!
