Thanks Marnie! Gosh, I’m not sure which class I feel like it has been in a couple of them usually near the end of classes and I just remember the words “I know it will be okay” male singed, very calming! Just love it! And love the one that starts with “I am grateful” I will do some searching! Thanks again! Always love the music in class so for sure visiting Spotify!

I am wondering if anyone knows the name of the song that has been played at the end of some classes with the lyrics “and I know everything’s going to be alright”? Also on Spotify is there an m/body like channel that plays the songs that go with the different classes? Felt this was a thing!

This workout was all the things. I challenged these strong arms. I sweat and released. My heart loved all the music and beautiful worda at the end and really throughout! This is one I will come back to again and again when I feel a craving for high energy, strength and release! 💛

This challenge was a challenge lol but also so fun! I felt it had such great energy that gave me a boost each day! It was a reminder how coming to the mat each day is sacred and so healing. It feels good to come to a place in the day and on the mat to really be with yourself and your body. I feel listening to my body and not pushing is something I still really need to work on. I did try though throughout it such as lessening the impact when my body asked and allowing a day for more soft movement. Thank you Marnie for all your words throughout this challenge, all the encouragement and healing words offered each day in these classes! M/Body is a true gift that I’m forever grateful for!
