Challenge complete! This challenge really kept me going the past 21 days! Really enjoyed the classes and even found that I melted more in the hip opening class which was a good suprise! I have very tight hips so this was huge just to be able to enjoy it! At times I can dread it when my knees stick up sitting crossed leg or when I feel I can’t stretch legs out wide in the split/like reaching position. I maybe still looked the same but it sure just felt different, very cool! Loved all the dancy moves throughout the challenge and love when the sweat poured! I feel stronger and accomplished! Thanks as always Marnie and M/Body team and fam! 💜

So good to know Faith! I know nothing about medicinal mushrooms but hear they can be helpful with the brain/inflammation

So so sorry to hear about your dad! Hope you listen to what your body needs during this time! I know I can resist slow or resist listening to my body because I want it to be a certain way but that always backfires! The body is smart and knows what it needs if we listen! I’m married to a chiropractor so that is my world and have felt the benefits so maybe that can help or acupuncture or massage! Be well!

Looooving this challenge! I’ve needed this movement more consistently and now sure enough my body craves it daily! The sweat and gratitude has just poured out of me! I had a random thought today as I am Xmas planning wondering what are all of your favorite things?! Would love to know and have like an M/Body fam fav list! Here are some of mine:
-Megan’s marvelous Medicinals anti-inflammatea tea (Etsy) and her mentholated chest rub (use both daily)
-pranarom essential organic oils (Amazon)
-serisimple bamboo underwear! (Amazon)
-Juice beauty products, gel moisturizer
-Betterbody cacao powder (mix with milk, honey, Avacado for a yummy choc shake)
-CRZ and colorfulkoala yoga brand, good quality and price (Amazon)
-primallypure.com (good Gua Shaw)
-life-distilled.com (all oil rollers! Calm is actually what I wear everyday! And local for me in Iowa!)
-authors-Mia Sheridan, Katherine Center, Emily Henry (good love story books!)

Okay there is a start of a fav list! What’s yours?! Love to you all fam!💜

This will be one I will come back to over and over to really feel it all. It’s the one I will associate with my immense loss but also a reminder of immense love. It’s one I’ll back to to feel connected and nourished.

My amazing, goofy, and above all so so loving father passed away recently. He gave me and my family so much, so much love and care. He showed us and told us all the time how important we were to him. He would scream it from the rooftops! He taught me so much about life and I am who I am today because of him. He taught me to love so loudly. Always growing up he would say, “you got this kid remember you’re a Lohmeier!” I’m trying dad. It gives me comfort to know he will always be a part of me and love cannot die. He was the best Papa! Always up for horsing around and willing to play and do whatever Greyson and Emmarie asked him to. They were his pride and joy, truly. He was like a big kid himself, the connection he had with them was incredible. He supported Chris and I through so much and sung our praises as we navigated parenting and life in general. He encouraged us to lean on each other. He reminded us always that he is here for us. I’m sad and so many things with not getting enough time. It would never be enough time, but man I know it always was quality time, so much of it. Today my dad would have called me and he would have sung happy birthday with all his heart in a fancy singing voice. He would fill me with all kinds of loving words. I will remember his words, voice, smell, laugh, and love always. I know dad, it all lives in me still. It all lives in my family. I love you Dad, to infinity and beyond, and beyond infinity. Xoxoxoxoxoxoxo❤️
