A good one for no impact but opportunity to really strengthen muscles Iโ€™m not used to working (inner thigh). Loved the challenge and stillness.

I will come back to this when I want to find stillness and strength. It gives those shakes and grace throughout! I need these workouts that get my really in my body! And the perk of sweating and getting my heart stronger!

This felt so good! It reminded me of even in a short time our body can receive healing. This challenged my arms and throughout it I felt my core getting stronger!

This class was pure FUN! Total mood booster! Got my heart pumping but again just in such a fun way! I was brought back to being a little girl attending my momโ€™s aerobic class, simpler times! I will come back to this for sure when I need to feel uplifted and free!

This workout packed a punch! I figured it would be lovely to have low impact with my period. It was low impact but in the most beast like way๐Ÿ˜‚! Animal noises were made, shakes were had, and I embraced just how badass women are! So much strength felt!
