This class healed me in so many ways! The beginning of September took such a toll on my hips, mind, body and heart. Trying to take advantage of the end of summer, adjusting to the change September brings, preparing for a move… it’s been a lot. This flow opened my hips, stretched my lower back, got my heart pumping and my brain present. True healing. Thank you, Marnie!

This is truly a playground class! I love that Marnie calls it that because it allowed me to laugh at the wiggles and when my ball would roll across the room. I let myself play like my 3-year-old plays. She doesn’t know all the good she’s doing for her body - she’s just having fun! Thank you for inviting us to do that, Marnie ♥️

Nicole’s tip about the bathrobe belt was so helpful! It allowed me to do this while traveling - and it was exactly what I needed! I’ll be coming back to this one after the trip!!

This class is so sweaty and so centering. The beginner’s mindset made this flow like a moving meditation. Thank you for this beautiful flow and the amazing variety this platform offers ♥️
