I loved this class! The energy from the verbal focus on connection is so loving and genuine. This fam..❤️ The class itself was SO good. The single leg series was an absolute fave and it feels so amazing to feel coupe strength after months of practicing. Love the floor glutes always, and ball ab dances are perfection. Thank you for helping us to be strong, loving, community focused humans Marnie and team

Definitely do this class when you don’t have littles, regular or fur, to interrupt. It will take all your concentration to do the choreo and keep those weights up. Especially 3lbs, but that may just be me lol Such a great class, low impact, almost all weighted, and serious burn with some new extended arm moves.

I loved this class! It is barre sweat because of the quick changes and the brain work with choreo at the barre and on the floor, not from impact and cardio. I love the focus on lengthening the legs and geek out completely over any leg extensions. Bit humbling to be on the floor unsure of my form and losing my balance, but room for growth and self acceptance. Keep classes like this coming, we love them Marnie and team xxoo

For true stretch classes definitely healing hips 159, also 121 and deep stretch with strap 132!
