You will love it! There is such a structure and predictable sequence to the longer classes that is so calming and so fulfilling. Longer is not necessarily harder physically, it’s different 😊 💛

Yes!! Not alone 😮‍💨 😅 My goal is aligned with yours; to allow myself to sub a shorter/different class and feel the feelings that come with it, without acting on the urge to do more.
