Instant favorite! Killer brain work with the choreo makes you want to do it again to improve. This class is fast paced with a variety of cardio and sculpt fire. Loved it 😍

This class is incredible for showing you how far you have come in your M/BODY journey. For me the ability to be still and use anaerobic muscle strength has always been more challenging (jumper here 🙋‍♀️). Coming back to these sculpt classes and feeling true joy and calm strength with the fire is such a boost to keep going. This program is amazing!

I have an “adagio barre” I bought on Amazon. It’s fine, 2 wooden bars so that’s nice and they both lower. The bottom never stays tight enough so I constantly have to adjust to keep them straight. But that’s a mental problem lol I would totally get a wall mounted barre and mirrors if it’s in your budget!

This was the best stretch class! I am floored by how grounding and calming it was while simultaneously bringing heat and challenging balance. Loved every second. And my virus recovering body felt so thankful for the blood flow
