Louise I so appreciated reading this before taking the class, thank you!

And thank you Lauren Poole for the much needed reminded to tune out of comparisons and tune into self.

My ego gets ignited for weight work and I get stubbornly stuck on using only one size weight even if form is compromised as if strain or injury is better than engagement..oof.

With this wonderful comment and reminder I was able to tune into when 2lbs would have been better (oh hi extended arm extensions series) when 3lbs is ideal (for me a majority of class) and when 5lbs feels right (only for the kneeling flys to lifts).

Um, YES Monique !

Tricia Nelson, when Marnie has her next irl in NYC (yes when, not if 😏 🙏), you must come and feel that home roots + Marnie + live! energy again. Pure magic!

Caroline S the wide second work on the ball is definitely tough! You are not alone in that. I usually find my non dominant side leg (for me it’s left) is harder. I know with your work you must be super introspective and in tune with your body. It’s talking to you for sure and you seem to be really listening. Thank you for sharing, it helps others (me for one!).

What size are your feet? Marnie has recommended in previous classes exploring the mini if you have smaller feet (I think she said <8 may feel better). She’s also mentioned the individual shape of feet being a factor ie arches etc. I am a size 6 and need a mini for under feet work, hands down. The large one doesn’t work for me (my body is too pitched forward from the height and the ball of my foot doesn’t feel secure on the ground). Good luck and go buy that mini! It’s also so good for behind the knee work for activating the hamstring/glutes and in some classes she uses both balls, so fun ☺️

Heidi Jones I’m glad you like it too! I love mixing and matching smaller classes and also finding shorter core/ab segments from longer classes and adding them onto the shorter ones. The catalog is a menu ☺️

This one challenged me mentally and physically; my cue that I need this type of inner work the most.

I worked the entire class on the reframe of the barrage of thoughts (what if my legs can’t do this; I should be engaging more muscle groups; this is not enough; this is too much etc etc) to this is healing. This is healing. I trust this is healing.

Sweetest Sarah Stachowiak Amanda Powell and Caroline S … thank you.

My notifications haven’t been coming through well (I toggled and reset, hopefully that helps!).

I appreciate all of your words, kindness, and support. Reading these fills my cup and touches my heart; reminding me to keep sharing (these comments feel vulnerable to me and it’s a push to write them, so thank you..).
