I am loving the 45 sigs!! All the things packed into class means fast sequencing with variations in choreo and no missing out on anything; it’s full body baby. I have to say, the extra cardio dance to My Boyfriend’s Back brought me to next level JOY. We’re taking face spitting grins, singing along, and rw to do it twice. And Enya to close? I was back to being 15yo, lost and scared and going through so many things. I burst into tears and child posed it out thanks to all the prep this class brought to get me to that release. Thank you M xxoo

Absolutely amazing. Those cardio endorphins were like nothing else, and the variations in choreo with repeat moves from recent classes?! LOVED.

Welcome home! Yes, Marnie has rolled out some back to back GEMS this year. She started in January and has not stopped. Every class is unique and brain engaging and so refreshing!

What a unique class! It’s like an M/BODY version of a Tabata or HIIT class; alternating series of cardio dance and depth induced cardio with short stretch moves. But unlike tabata or hiit that can be frantic and induce spikes of cortisol for energy (love that description given in class) it is a supportive, but so so effective Marnified version.

Nicole M I’m so glad it resonated with you as well, thank you so much for sharing this. Sensitive is strong and not a weakness 💗

Hi Logan! There is nothing like cardio dance joy. I randomly chose 45min Full Body Sweat/211 today and it has amazing cardio dance vibes. I recommend highly!

I did this at the end of a heavy emotional day, lying down, feeling the racing thoughts and feelings associated with them. I hit play.

Instantly smiled seeing pups, pillows, and sweats. Felt calm hearing Marnie’s voice. Grounded myself with the guided breath work, imagery, and recitations.

Getting my mind and body to slow down and connect is not a strength of mine; but one that I am increasing with this platform. Thank you for adding another tool to do that. Bite size mediations are my sweet spot 💛✨

This is a very unique healing hips class. As Marnie identifies in the beginning of class, it is a dancey hips class. She explains in the end that it is different from previous classes in that it was intentionally more dynamic in flow and why.

The standing series was orangey and novel (and moves reappear in Ab Sculpt/388 if you loved it) with balance work and the floor flow series in the second half of class were chefs kiss (or yogis kiss?!) amazing.
