Loved it. Familiar and unique as only Marnie can masterfully choreograph. The kind of class that leaves you feeling fulfilled in all the ways.

A new favorite that I have done repeatedly since it dropped. I love the challenges laced throughout and all of the choreo (especially the new floor moves with the ball 🫶). I found the mini behind the upper back absolutely necessary to support engagement during that final ab series; such a great final push to end class.

I loved this class. Highlights for me were the bouncy brain engaging cardio dance, the push and encouragement through the weighted series, and all the new choreo with the balls for stand and floor series. So, basically the whole class lol I appreciate the counts and the predictability they bring (thank you for always being mindful of that). I even loved the opening and closing chats; so genuine and true to Marnie and M/Body. Thank you xxoo

I loved this one. These 10min classes are helping to rewire my thinking from perfect performance during a class to embracing practice. There is something about the shorter length that allows me to lean into that thinking, like learning tidbits. How can I practice barre today. I am excited for more opportunities to practice different skills (floor abs, P&P, ballet, gliders; so many opportunities to geek out and learn from practicing). Thank you for this series!

I don’t know why I’ve never commented, this is one of my all time favorites. It’s such a spicy class! I love the mix of stamina and strength embedded throughout. It’s a great one for when you are feeling low energy, which you wouldn’t think as it requires a lot of engagement, but it is. It demands your brain to snap to attention for the choreo and your body has no choice but to keep pace with it. It’s half stand and half floor with such a great variety of moves. The pattern of doing series twice is refreshing and calming to know what to expect.

Loved the warm up variation of plié series at the barre. I previewed class thinking the lifting leg was going to be the biggest challenge with ankle weights…oooo, I was wrong. I did not anticipate the level of fire in the standing leg. Using body weight to fatigue is right Marn 🔥

Marnie you are a genius. Such intention behind that barre work that muscles were shaking in multiple places. And that ab arm work was phenomenal. You have such a gift for creating functional effective classes like these.

I exclusively do m/body, every once in a while I take another type of class with my sisters. Yesterday we went to a heated yoga sculpt class (..if you know you know 🥵), and let me tell you, coming back to this mbody movement today felt like home. So good.

Gosh I needed this bouncy and brain engaging class. After all the prop use I’ve been seeking lately it was so refreshing and joyful to move uninhibited by weights. I forget this feeling and every time I take a cardio dance class I am lovingly reminded. I really liked the science chat before and the empowering reminder of our purpose as healthy thriving beings.
