Oh my gosh SO MUCH FUN!! I love to bounce and those 4 counts are pure joy. Also, full honesty here, I had to work to lower the volume of that critic in my head, she was fierce with my awkwardness on some of the moves and whenever I didn’t know what I don’t know, as Marnie says (so not fair). I’m coming back to this one repeatedly for sure.

This is my first time doing this class and one of my final 20min to dos in the catalog, and oh my gosh what FUN!! Dancy, bouncy, joyful movement 😍And real sweat!

What an amazing class! So much fun in cardio dance series and those floor glutes..WOW. Straight choreo magic and serious burn. Nothing makes me try harder and push more than “last 4 sets of 8” (which this class delivers on for sure!)

I would love a planks class! With all the variations, especially side planks and amazing Marnie created sequences of dancing planks @peaksandpencils Another great thing about more shorter classes is the fun of stacking them together. I love the idea of more focused shorter classes for the busy holidays

Hi! Lindsey from Maine. This class is so FUN!! Cardio dance with new choreo for brain work at its finest. Loved the rolling push up variation and am always game for side planks.

This is a perfect way to start the day. Especially slow moving Mondays when your brain needs movement and your body needs centering and rest.
