omg!!!! Jessica congrats to your little boy! You must be so proud mama. I work with kids in theatre and EVERY time I see them shine it makes my eyes water, they're such stars. So happy--you're boy will remember this forever. <3

Oh my lovely what an exciting and heartbreaking week for you!! My heart is with you. I had to go long distance with my partner for a year and it made my heart so heavy as well ❤️. The classes that give me so much inspiration in those times are 227/ earth day grounded sweat (slow and steady and beautiful); 306 slow jams (when you want a little more dance) and I HIGHLY highly recommend 167 90s hip hop. This one makes me cry every time. It’s so beautiful and perfect when you need to release something from your heart. Congrats to your hubby for this awesome opportunity!!! We’re with you!

Love these challenges!!!

I am so sad we’ve reached the end but so proud of us all!!! I love these challenges, especially for the daily activities. They keep me so mindful when going about my day. Especially on days I can’t get to the mat, the activities are so helpful for my body and spirit! I had to save Barbie for last, it was my absolutely fave and I feel so powerful finishing with Barbie power. This challenge came at such a beautiful time wirh that movie coming out, and a lot of changes going on in my life. This one I will always remember and I’m a little emotional that this chapter of summer is closing (but excited to open the next ❤️)

This was such an emotional class for me when we did it live. It still makes me feel all kinds of feelings. I really recommend this class if you need to release something from your heart: pain, frustration, sadness, fear (or if you need to spread some happiness and joy to those around you!). This class will OPEN you up! And if you bawl as hard as I did at the end, then something that needed to come out definitely did! <3

Yesss I’m so sad the challenge is ending! I love these 60 day challenges, I so look forward to each day even when I can’t make it work! everyone being in it together fills me with so much joy.
