That was so yummy!!!!  And so fitting to the beginning of this new year.  My affirmation this morning was "it's okay to go slow."  And that was extra extra confirmed by this workout!  Super gooey in the hips and so strong for the back, glutes, thighs, and core.  I also had a little bit of lower back pain going into this and it's all gone thanks to those lovely hip openers.

This PLAYLIST!  I don't think I've ever said "YES THIS SONG" so many times.  Perfect match to the fun and unique choreo.  Literally couldn't stop smiling through this practice

I already can't wait to do this class again!!!!  Banging playlist that kept me bouncing and SO many kicks.  I was smiling the whole time.

Will miss these babies so much!  This workout flew by!  Wonderful low impact workout that can be done on a low-energy day or a high-energy day with higher weights!  Recommend opening your eyes for the meditation to watch Mama and her sweet pup love on Marnie. :)  Thank you for giving this little mama a home and allowing her to be a puppy again.  Her transformation from fearful to playful is inspiring to all of us!
