Oh I’m so sorry to hear that Nina!!! What an awful thing to happen to you. It’s difficult to forgive your body for things like this, but definitely give yourself some love and grace while your healing!! Reach out if you need to vent!!! (And yes use your strong back!!!)

That’s so helpful to know!! I’m going to do it today, but my abs are still sore from the last planks workout 😂 so I was nervous, but now I’m excited!

Would love a “back to basics” class that slows down the moves, mostly so I can get more friends involved! My partner can’t keep up with the faster ones 😜 but he enjoys this type of workout and I’d love to give him (and other friends) an intro video that shows how lovely lives are too!!!
