Holy moly!!! This was so my kind of workout. Keeping the nervous system calm while activating muscles = FULL burn. But a peaceful, joyful, strong, powerful, inner calm and playfulness kind of burn!!! My muscles are VIBRATING right now! The kind of workout you'll want to have a decadent protein smoothie after. I also love when our workouts switch it up a bit, it helps my ADHD brain find new things to focus on. :) Thank you Marnie and FAM. <3Â

Agreed, Amanda! The largest I had were 8's, and I think I could have gone up to 10 (maybe 15!). But still a great workout & love the slower combos.
