Greetings Everyone!
I suffer from panic disorder and sometimes after a workout I get panic attacks. I have spoken with a few friends who also experience this from time to time. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to prevent attacks? I do try to balance challenging myself with being compassionate, but it still happens occasionally.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

Oh Kady, my heart goes out to you. We should be friends. I have also struggled with the level of panic you describe at certain times in my life. I too, have focused on taking one day and one workout at a time and recognizing that tomorrow may look different from today.
May I ask where you reside, friend?
