Hello lovely Fam! I hope you are all doing great and enjoying the Challenge. Sending you lots of support. ๐Ÿ’œ Unfortunately Iโ€™ve tested positive for Corona, which explains me being sick for three days (my first two tests were negative)โ€ฆ but thatโ€™s why I have to take a break from the Challenge, even if I really, really donโ€™t want to. I hope I can still catch up afterwards. But Iโ€™m still watching you all go and sharing your journey. Stay safe and healthy ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

thank you so much for the comments! Yes, for me are the first two days too much, after that I get my energy back and Iโ€˜m able to do a long workout. Thank you Monique for the tip - I will try out the Happy Hips next time, when I have cramps. The good thing is we already have a free day on this board, so I will be able to catch up! The last Challenge has taught me to listen to my body and also to do whatโ€™s right for the day and not what I think I should be doing. Thank you for the support! ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ

So this is what my board looks like. Itโ€™s that time of the month and I literally have almost zero energy. Wanted to do my favourite Phenomenal Woman session, but the 20 minute Cardio Sweat was the maximum I was able to do. Do you workout while on your period? How do you manage it during the Challenge? The Towel's Dance somehow always kicks my butt! I don't have a lot of energy today, that's why 20 minutes was just right. Mentally I've noticed a big improvement though: This Challenge is already helping me overcome my fear of the one hour sessions and also some specific moves. Now I'm even into it - more sweat, more challenge, because I know at the end it always feels great and it's where the change happens. So the flowers were a real gift to myself! ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒธ

So sorry I missed the Zoom class, it was my boyfriendโ€™s birthday and we had a family dinner in the evening (it was 6 pm in Germany). But all of your posts look just amazing and make me so happy to be a part of this community ๐Ÿ’œ This is what Iโ€™m grateful for this week:
