Hello lovely Fam! Yesterday I decided I was fit enough to get back on the mat and did two 20 minute sessions from the old board - the Floor Core and the Seat&Stretch. Even though they were low impact, I struggled to finish (as you can see from my red face). I guess post Covid really is a thing and I should go slow. But I‘m happy to be back and if I can, I can maybe reach the 45 workouts and still finish the challenge strong, but no pressure 😃 Today I will catch up with the Recovery Flow - can’t wait to try this one out!
