Congratulations to all of you strong and gorgeous people whoโ€˜ve completed or joined the challenge! Iโ€˜ve been stalking you all and admire your consistency and passion! Enjoy your accomplishment ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’œ Since my last couple of weeks were kinda crazy/busy (starting with Covid), my focus shifted and I wasnโ€™t able to reach my goal of 45 workouts (Iโ€˜m missing two ๐Ÿ˜ฉ). But because I love the intention behind every board and also how much Iโ€™ve grown during the last Spring challenge, Iโ€˜m continuing this one until I have all the 60 workouts ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ And I will have all of you as my inspiration ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿ’œ

Iโ€™ve done this workout a couple of times now and every time is like a therapy for my body and for my mind. I canโ€™t describe the feeling afterwards.. love every second of it

Thank you Whitney! Yes, Iโ€˜ve also heard that it shouldnโ€™t be longer than a few days, but every body is so different. Itโ€™s my fifth day now and itโ€™s slowly starting to get better. But hydrating and sleeping are the two most powerful tools.
