Hi fam!! How are you all doing? I just did the Barre session from Saturday and wow, this felt so challenging. Next week I am going back to Germany because of my new job and I am experiencing so many different emotions.. I am happy and excited to be back in Europe, since I wasn’t able to find my place in Mexico. But also I have to leave my boyfriend here, who‘s work contract is for another year and it’s really hard, since I don’t want to live in a different place than him, but still I know this is the right decision for my career and my wellbeing. So yeah, all of this emotional chaos is taking up so much of my energy, so I am really proud I didn’t quit on the session and felt instantly better afterwards. 🤩 Also, I won one free month from the challenge and that made me sooo happy!! I didn’t expect it all and it motivated me to use this next month even more!! Thank you Marnie and the whole team and the whole globalfam 💜 this community is the best thing 💜

Hello fam!! I haven’t been very active here because of all the changes happening so quickly. I hope you are all doing good 💜 I‘m so excited about the new challenge! It’s been almost 2 years since my last challenge, because we moved to Mexico City and life has been very crazy since then. I still do my workouts and keep up with the news, but a new challenge will definitely help me reconnect me with this amazing community! So happy to join the live tomorrow as well 🥰💜 are you joining?

Congratulations to all of you strong and gorgeous people who‘ve completed or joined the challenge! I‘ve been stalking you all and admire your consistency and passion! Enjoy your accomplishment 🥳😍💜 Since my last couple of weeks were kinda crazy/busy (starting with Covid), my focus shifted and I wasn’t able to reach my goal of 45 workouts (I‘m missing two 😩). But because I love the intention behind every board and also how much I’ve grown during the last Spring challenge, I‘m continuing this one until I have all the 60 workouts 💪🏼 And I will have all of you as my inspiration 😍💜🌸🌺💜

So this is what my board looks like. It’s that time of the month and I literally have almost zero energy. Wanted to do my favourite Phenomenal Woman session, but the 20 minute Cardio Sweat was the maximum I was able to do. Do you workout while on your period? How do you manage it during the Challenge? Have a great new day 💜

The Towel's Dance somehow always kicks my butt! I don't have a lot of energy today, that's why 20 minutes was just right. Mentally I've noticed a big improvement though: This Challenge is already helping me overcome my fear of the one hour sessions and also some specific moves. Now I'm even into it - more sweat, more challenge, because I know at the end it always feels great and it's where the change happens. So the flowers were a real gift to myself! 🌺🌸🌺🌸

So sorry I missed the Zoom class, it was my boyfriend’s birthday and we had a family dinner in the evening (it was 6 pm in Germany). But all of your posts look just amazing and make me so happy to be a part of this community 💜 This is what I’m grateful for this week:

  1. My relationship.

  2. For the incredible opportunities and experiences in my life.

  3. For this community.

  4. For the great weather we had last week, it feels me up with new energy.

This Challenge begins already with two of my all time favourites! Dancer’s Arms is on my Top 5 list, and today’s sessions is just pure joy - the moves, the barre choreography, the playlist was on fire! 😍 Writing my three goals right next to the ones from last Spring gave such a good feeling, because it reminded me I have actually achieved all of it! 💜 So excited for all the emotions and sweat and cool moves we get to enjoy together! Happy Tuesday 💜

I‘m so happy to reconnect with this amazing community after a couple of stressful months. I need to focus on myself again and recharge, that’s why I‘m committing to 45 workouts and as many as possible from the additional tasks. While the world keeps getting crazier and crazier, we stay together and grow stronger together! Also loving this new feature, feel like I would share more here and I‘m looking forward to two months sweating, growing and laughing with you all 💜
