Hi Jenna

I’m sorry to hear you have panic disorder, I have it too so can understand the challenges it can bring. Like you, I have experienced panic attacks following a workout. 

I wish I had some helpful tips to share but unfortunately my panic disorder is at its worst at the moment, each day is one panic attack after the other, and this makes is difficult for me to experiment with ways of mitigating workout related panic attacks. 

I do find that trying to remain balanced throughout the workout helps, focusing on syncing my breath to movement and keeping my heart rate a little below my highest by always mixing in lots of the low impact options. When I do this I feel best set up to cultivate the benefits of M/BODY on the nervous system.

This was my first favourite class. There is so much I love about it but what makes it extra special is that it is a favourite I share with Molly Mandell When we reach for someone we love during the reverence I always think of her and send a virtual hug her way.

I could write a long list of all the reasons this class is a favourite, from the fam fave moves and playlist to the power ballad stretch at the barre! At the top of this list would be that it was a class in which I was lucky to be able to celebrate my birthday. Each time I return to it I feel just as wrapped in love as I did during the live.

Thank you Marnie and M/BODY for this fall challenge! I was unwell during weeks 2 + 3 and switched out some videos for my favourite stretch classes so, since I was looking forward to the workouts included, I am going to continue to pick from the board in November. I loved the water and dry brush / lymph activities. Congratulations to all the challengers! I’m excited to celebrate with you on Saturday!

European Fam: remember that the LIVEs on Wednesday 30 October and Saturday 2 November are 1 hour earlier since our clocks have gone back but the end of daylight saving in the US isn’t until 3 November. The times in the Upcoming LIVE Classes section reflect this.
