Daylight Saving

Hi Fam!

I don’t won’t anyone to miss the first live back so if your clocks go back one hour this weekend (I believe this is the European Fam) the lives on

Wednesday November 1
Saturday November 4

will be one hour earlier.

After that the clocks go back in the US too so the times return to normal.

I’m in the UK so for me this means the Wednesday live will be at 16:00 as opposed to 17:00 and the Saturday live will be at 17:00 as opposed to 18:00. These times are shown in the Upcoming Live Classes section.

I can’t remember the last time I completed this video prior to the Strive For Five 15 Day Guide which means it had been too long! I thoroughly enjoyed being brought back to it. It is playful and uplifting which is exactly what I need at the moment as I am low on energy, and the fact that it includes my current favourite move made it even better!
