HI!!! So much happiness and joy in this class :-) I spotted a lovely Bourbon (and his tail) on the bottom right corner around min 48 during our abs sesh. I joined M/Body on Planksgiving day last November and after that first live Marnie and the Fam are part of my life. I'm so grateful for all the love, energy, support this community is giving me since then.

It was so good going back to this class: loved the dance sequence at the barre (as usual ;-) and the feeling of gratitude that fills the workout is so inspiring, today more than ever!

A new favourite! I loved the first combo in the glute series: coordination and strenght at the same time. Thank you for the final words, it's not always easy to focus on our happiness and let go all the rest.
