Hello Fam, just finished today’s live and it gave me so much joy!

Today is Father’s day in Italy, a tough day for me since my beloved dad passed away 2 years ago. I was a bit melancholy but sharing an hour with you was a true boost of energy and positive thoughts.

Marnie class request - Feet stretching/Micro ball

Hello Fam, hello Marnie,

I drop here an idea I’ve written on the chat during last live: could we have a class focused on feet stretching, maybe using the micro ball? A quick class to add to our workouts whenever our feet need more care (mine are often aching at the end of the day🥴)
