Did this workout twice this week because I loved it so much! Such fun, challenging choreo (which also taught me how much stronger I've gotten, since I actually LOVED the plank and pushup section). Also this playlist was AMAZING--maybe on of the best ever--which was just the icing on top of the cake. Can't wait to do this one again and again!

This is one of my all-time favorite M/Body classes, so I was so excited to see it was early on in the challenge! This is a VERY fun one, even for those (like me) who normally DREAD arm workouts. 10/10, will always recommend!

I absolutely LOVED this one!! The sneaky yoga infusion, the killer playlist, the playful moves!! Definitely a new fave and bala weights were a perfect addition for a little extra challenge. Cannot wait to do this one again! <3

Ahhhh loved that doggy cameo!!! Bourbon's little tail was only an added bonus to this AMAZING workout. I've been doing M/Body since July of 2020, and TOMORROW is actually my one-year anniversary with M/Body online! This platform has changed my life in SO many ways, and this video is a new fave. So fun, so joyful, so HAPPY! Absolutely loved it.
