This was such a challenging and empowering class. I was so focused on getting the choreography right that there wasn't room for anxious brain chatter to get in the way! This is a great one for tuning in, trusting your brain AND body, and giving in fully to the experience of the workout. I surprised myself with this one, and can't wait to do it again!

For so long, I loved this class but hated how I felt when I did it--I have a long history of knee trauma, and the general speed (especially during the cardio series) was always intimidating to me. But this time, for the first time, I did the class with ease and no fear! Really proved to me how much stronger we get over time and how important it is to come back to classes we have a tough relationship with (even when their playlists are always amazing). Can't wait to do this one again with confidence!!

I actually love the current balance of workouts on the platform! 45 minutes tend to be my favorite in general, but I love doing the hour-long classes on weekends and when I have extra time, and 30 minutes on busy weeknights. I do like that the 20 minute lives every other week obligate me to feel ok with doing a shorter workout (something I sometimes struggle with and am working on!) and I also like to have those as a resource for days when I’m really busy, or want the option of building on a few classes. Theme and dance-filled classes are always my favorite, but in general I love the balance on the platform!

Hi fam! I normally don't post on here too often, but I was feeling inspired today so I wanted to share. I just did M/93 for the first time in awhile, and I felt really moved by Marnie's opening words: how we often look forward as a group, but how important it is to reflect on the past and how far we've come since we began our M/Body journey. It seems to me that the longer I do M/Body (it's been a little over two years now) the harder it seems to get, but that's not a bad thing: it's because I've connected deeper and deeper with my body over time. I never used to feel my abs in tucks, for example, and now I FEEL them the second a workout starts. Sometimes it's almost frustrating--the classes used to seem easier, somehow!--but looking at what my body can do now compared to what it used to before M/Body is incredible. I'm not only so much stronger AND more flexible, but I can activate and engage my muscles in ways that I literally, physically couldn't before. I felt really grateful today to have rediscovered an old class that suddenly seemed to have new "challenges," but those challenges wouldn't have been possible without all of the work put into the classes that came before it. Just wanted to share in case this helps inspire anyone who ever feels frustrated with themselves for ANY reason to give themselves a break :) The journey IS the destination, and sometimes the challenges are actually a testament to how far we've all come and how much farther we can all go.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful end of their 2022 and a great new year ahead. Cheers to 2023 and all of the exciting new journeys to come!

Forgot just what a lovely and empowering class this one is! The perfect thing if you're looking to run and sweat it out, and then have a lovely, yogic-inspired stretch series to cool down afterwards: the perfect class for a bad or frustrating day. Really loved this one and will make a note to come back to it.

I’d love a fun and free-wheeling dance-focused class! Themed classes are always my favorite, and I’d love to focus on joy and cultivating that with the fam this holiday season 😊 also random: but maybe something focused on knee health specifically? Mine have been bugging me lately, so I want to make sure I’m taking good care of them!

I always tend to dread the towel dance classes, but this was the first time that I felt brave enough to just go through the class without any predetermined judgements. And it was...great! And fun! And dynamic with lots of lovely sneaky stretches. This is a class designed for the journey, not the destination, and it's one that will not only challenge you, but help you learn to be patient with and kind to yourself. Can't wait to try it again!

I've got to say that this might just be one of the most fiery and energizing M/Body classes out there! This is a SWEATY and speedy one, but it will get your heart pumping and it has a beautiful stretching series at the end. Loved it!

This was such an empowering and beautiful class that had me in (happy!) tears by its end--plus the playlist was KILLER. One thing that I love about myself is my resiliance. And how much joy I get out of working out with the fam!!<3
