Fam! We're so excited to announce our newest addition to our M/OVMENT Equipment line! We initially called them 'M/OVEMENT Sliders', but think 'M/OVEMENT Gliders' sound more elegant. What do you guys think? Should we go with Gliders!!?? Cast your vote!

Oh no! Let’s get you healthy & ease into moving! We recommend any slow sculpts which are low on impact, we have lots of stretch flow workouts that focus on recovery, and we have a lovely low impact section that is too bouncy! 🥰
