Sunday LIVE class here we come!
Gfam, weâre switching things up a little this weekend! Saturdayâs 6/21 LIVE 45 min Low Impact Full Body workout will be moved to Sunday 6/22.
Sundayâs M/<60 SWEAT GIRLS VS BOY BANDS /133 will be moved to Saturday 6/21 for Day 15.

Gfam! Due to a family emergency, Wednesdayâs 30 min Abs + Pelvic Floor workout is being rescheduled. You will see it very soon on our June live sched (so donât worry) đ
We recommend doing our 20 min Spooky Pelvic Floor Sculpt! Itâs a good foundation to build on for when you see it on our schedule next!
We will be BACK this Saturday for our 60 min Signature! Thanks for being with us through lifeâs ebbs and flows đ we are so grateful for you.

CREATIVITY ACTIVITY #3:Â Time Travel
This week we want you to time travel.
Remember yourself around the ages of six to eight, what did you like to do? What were your favorite things? Can you bring some of these back into your life this week? A favorite food? Game? Person?
Now, write a letter from your Mini to your current self... what does she love about the life youâve created so far? Is there anything sheâd like to say?

CREATIVITY ACTIVITY #2: Creativity Date
Take yourself on a creativity date.
This week is all about rediscovering your creative playfulness.
Some creativity date inspo:
Head to the Dollar Store and buy tiny things like gold stars, sequins, or pom poms and just go crazy!
Take yourself out to a movie.
Get a coloring book.
Check out a free museum.
Make a wildflower bouquet.
Go on a nature walk and collect pretty rocks.
It doesn't need to be extravagant or expensive. It just needs to feel like something special and specific to YOU.
Remember, the point of this date is to have fun and connect with your inner child.
