We go live Wednesdays at 9am PT and Saturdays at 10am PT

You can find the live classes scheduled under “Upcoming Live Classes” (it’s the tab underneath “Guides & Challenges” ⭐️ will you be able to join our 60 min PRIDE SIGNATURE workout tomorrow at 10am PT?!!!! We’re taking song requests!!!!! We hope to see you there!

Tomorrow’s LIVE class is RESCHEDULED TBD

Hi Gfam ⭐️ tomorrow’s live class has been rescheduled until a later date! When we know what day we’re moving it to, we’ll let you know! Of course 😘 instead of our 30 min Low Impact Cardio workout, try our 30 min Standing Sculpt (I’ll attach it below)

Fingers crossed we get to see lots of you on Saturday for our 60 min PRIDE SIGNATURE 🏳️‍🌈 it’s going to be a good one 🤩
