We were so excited to see that our live was glitch free today 🧚🏻‍♀️ (yay!)

We can’t thank you all enough for being so patient and helpful as we work to get to the bottom of these tech issues.

Hi Gfam 🫶 We are so sorry for all the glitches and freezes happening on our app and website

We’ve been working super hard with our tech team to get it solved, but we need some info from you guys to get it fixed ASAP!

If you guys can let us know what device you’re using (android, iPhone, MacBook, etc) while streaming our workouts, that would be so helpful in getting it fixed quicker!

We’re so thankful for the grace you have shown us and apologize for the inconvenience it’s caused any of you!

Marnie has a special highlight story on her IG that is saved under “F🍊🍊D” !! She blends her celery with some water in a blender and adds some lemon! Boom! Some yummmyyy juice 🥰

Hi Mayo! Marnie recommends any healing hips classes, standing abs/core classes, stay low impact and minimize twisting to start! The recent 20 min barre burn would be great!

She also recommends:

M/<45 BALLET SCULPT + STRETCH /129

M/<20 SEAT AND STRETCH (one of the very very first ones on our platform!)

** also take a peak at the full body micro ball class! That ball is so good for healing
