I loved this class!! I haven’t been able to work out thus last month as I’m getting specialized treatment for mycotoxin exposure and CIRS with a picc line but this was so perfect. My hips needed this!

Love loved this one!!! 20 or 30 minutes has been my max lately as it’s been a long while since I did a 45 & 60. This flew by and my body is so happy right now!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to do any classes as I’m ongoing with detoxing from CIRS mold illness. Between that and visits to my father who recently had a fast health decline after his decade long journey with brain tumors has been a lot on many levels and I’ve been honoring my body’s need for extra rest. Today I needed to move my body and this 20 minutes was divine & so perfect to come back to. Such a great class in stretching, strengthening & centering. Thank you Marnie! 💖💖💖

Thank you SO much for the simplicity of this one!! So perfect. I even paused the recording to hold the end stretches longer and added pigeons in. My body says thank you ☺️

New favorite!!! LOVE the 80’s free flow dance vibe so much fun! I haven’t had the energy to do a full 60 minutes class lately but this was great and the time flew by! 🙌🏼

The 80’s class was SO fun and freeing!! Just thinking how about a 70’s class too, that would be a fun era of songs to dance to also!
