I loved the chair dance! I would totally do this while travelling when I don't have my barre, or just when I'm craving something fun. Love how the chair's shape allows different moves that you can't do on the barre. Thank you for your neverending creativity!!

I love this class for when I have a 5am workout before the kids wake up. Some jumps but mostly a mindful flow that keeps me from being distracted by my coffee haha!

I love 60s best! Find myself doing shorter ones during the work week but always try for a 60 when I can! Love the variety!

When choosing classes I often skip the 30s bc I think I can't get a good sweat on. I am always proved wrong! What an efficient workout! I'm on vacation and can get back to family yet feel I had a couple hours off! Thank you for being such an intrepid guide Marnie 💕
