Rochelle, I so relate to this post. We are definitely our own worst critics, and I too have tried most of my life to hide a large chest. I've considered breast reduction several times. MBody has given me body confidence that I've never known before. There are still moments where that's the first part of my body I'm most self-conscious of, but there's been progress and change. Love that we can share and support each other through it!

This really is one to come back to over and over again. If you have a mountain to climb, as Marnie talked about at the end, this is the class for you - to breathe, stretch, re-energize, and regain perspective. Much needed for me today - thank you!!!

Ha! Love this, Monique! This is the reality... So often, during our classes, I am simultaneously breaking up an argument amongst siblings or reminding them to do x, y or z. It's multitasking at its best, but I am so grateful for being able to breathe in the peace even amidst the chaos. I learned that from Marnie & MBody. It's not always perfect or easy, but it's progress!💜
