Happy Challenge Day 1!

Happy Challenge day 1! This is my 6th Challenge and I'm so excited for all the mind, body, soul goodness that comes with it. This time around, I'm recognizing what's on my plate and giving myself grace. My goal is at least 30 in 60. It's all about balance, so we'll see how it goes. Happy to be on this journey with all of you.💜
