Happy New Year, beautiful fam!๐ŸŽ‰ Hope you are all well! I've been absent from social and out of touch for a bit but please know that I've missed you all. Seeing everyone on the chat during our live classes is so uplifting and inspiring!

Marnie's words today about ebbing & flowing really speak to some of my inconsistency lately in getting to the mat. I feel like a broken record, but also as Marnie said today, "try and try and try and try again"!

Following my Dad's passing this summer, I experienced a level of grief that I've never encountered before. To balance that with work, life, raising three boys, I've given myself grace - possibly too much grace... That, in addition to joys of perimenopause, have led to feeling pretty uncomfortable in my body, so the theme of RENEWAL really resonates right now. It's time to prioritize wellness and consistency, especially as I have a BIG milestone birthday coming up! I want to feel good - mind body & spirit - as I move into a new decade.

Anyway, thanks for reading! I've missed you all and am so grateful I can connect with all of you here. (Also grateful for any positive vibes for momentum and consistency!) Happy New Year! Wishing you all love, health and happiness.โค๏ธ

Congratulations, beautiful fam, on the completion of another amazing Challenge.
I am happy to share that I surpassed my initial goal of 30 workouts and instead got 38 done! I had gained more momentum than anticipated and even thought I might get close to 60, until my Dad passed away part way through the Challenge.
It has been an extremely difficult couple of weeks, but I eventually managed to get back to the mat and stayed true to my goals (of drinking more water, staying consistent, and not putting myself / my health on the back burner).
I'm so grateful for the kind messages of support that I've received. The connections, the choreography and Marnie's words of wisdom have all been so helpful during this time of grief.
We did it!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Hi beautiful fam! So happy to be starting another Challenge with all of you! This time around I'm keeping my goals really simple. #accountability

1 - Don't put my health / myself on the back burner.

2 - Stay consistent.

3- Drink lots of water and get more sleep.

Happy Challenge to everyone participating!๐Ÿ’œ

Happy Challenge day 1! This is my 6th Challenge and I'm so excited for all the mind, body, soul goodness that comes with it. This time around, I'm recognizing what's on my plate and giving myself grace. My goal is at least 30 in 60. It's all about balance, so we'll see how it goes. Happy to be on this journey with all of you.๐Ÿ’œ

Just saw Marnie's IG story about people sharing their #mbodyfurfam pics. Lily recently joined me on the mat for the first time. She got right into it with a few puppy stretches and quickly took over the mat!

This photo wasn't taken today, but my boys are definitely the most beautiful 'thing' in my world. Life can be loud, messy and chaotic with these guys, but also so funny and magical. They were the first thing that came to mind for a photo of something beautiful.

I'm letting go of placing too much value on others' (negative) opinions and instead, trusting in my own thoughts, expertise and perspective.
