Letting go of negativity

I'm letting go of placing too much value on others' (negative) opinions and instead, trusting in my own thoughts, expertise and perspective.

Constantly in awe of how less than 30 mins can absolutely kill me (in the most amazing way)! This was a focus on back & booty, but still full body workout - and full sweat! LOVED IT!
