Wow, this class was everything I needed, from the music, to the gentle movement, to the full body stretch. So beautiful, start to finish. After almost 3 years of MBody, this is one I had missed and I'm so happy that I found. It is definitely one to return to - shoulder, hip and tension release (physical and emotional). Thank you!💞
