Oh wow, this class was such a beautiful release. It’s still built the heat and got my heart rate up, but was also gentle and restorative at the same time. Following it up with the lymphatic drainage was perfection! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Letting out a big sigh of satisfaction! Ahhhhhhhhhh.🥰

Love this class so much! Welcoming in the summer, I was appropriately sweating like never before. Felt like this class was made for me. Every move, every stretch, every kick felt so good - even if it was challenging. Marnie, you knocked it out of the park yet again! Also, The Oilers came so close! This class just soared to the top of my list of faves! Challenging yet doable at the same time. The kind of class that helps you build strength and feel powerful doing it. So sculpty, sweaty and fun! Loved it!
