Hi Nicole- thank you for sharing this honest feeling! I think it’s something we all deal with and hearing how others cope is so helpful! Something I try to do each day- usually while trying to fall asleep- is think of 10 things I’m grateful for right now… even if it’s the tiniest thing recognizing it helps me be more positive and less negative. Hope this helps and if you are doing m/body I already know you’re a badass 💪😘
