Got booted out of the most recent challenge due to the flu so now that Iām well Iāve been pushing myself & doing my own challenge š Day 8 & this was my classā¦ brings back a lot of memories from my early M/Body days and dang that final leg series while in a plank at the end STILL gives me trouble! Gonna get it in 2023šŖšŖ
