I have another question!ย ๐Ÿฅด I am in the habit of waking up and scrolling through the workouts and just picking one based on my mood. Is that OK to do or should I be more deliberate about the order in which I am doing the workouts? Thank you!! Caroline

Hi! I have a silly question. Over the last year or so I have concentrated a lot on trying to build up muscle in my legs and glutes. I have been doing free weight lifting workouts from a site on youtube. I am concerned that I may have over done it (having no real idea what I was doing ๐Ÿฅด). I decided to rejoin M/Body because I really missed the energy and the incredibly positive atmosphere Marnie has created. And I am so glad I did! I am wondering if there may be particular workouts that concentrate on elongating the leg muscles as opposed to building muscle. I am hoping to rebalance a bit!ย ๐Ÿ˜‚ Thanks - so glad to be back! Hi! I wonder if anyone has a good suggestion for a mat. I've been using the same one for a really, really, really long time and I'm well overdue for a new one I think! But I am a bit overwhelmed by options! Thank you! Caroline

Hang in there, Beata. I often feel overwhelmed too and in those moments I try really hard to just let myself off the hook. Take the break you need. I find that the strength to workout will follow when I take away the pressure to workout. If being in silence is what you are able to do right now than maybe meditation, not movement, is exactly what your body needs at the moment.
