Hi! I have a silly question. Over the last year or so I have concentrated a lot on trying to build up muscle in my legs and glutes. I have been doing free weight lifting workouts from a site on youtube. I am concerned that I may have over done it (having no real idea what I was doing ๐Ÿฅด). I decided to rejoin M/Body because I really missed the energy and the incredibly positive atmosphere Marnie has created. And I am so glad I did! I am wondering if there may be particular workouts that concentrate on elongating the leg muscles as opposed to building muscle. I am hoping to rebalance a bit!ย ๐Ÿ˜‚ Thanks - so glad to be back!
