Very cool talk, finally got to listen upon free flowing after getting home. I also have my baby blanket that often times I hold, sniff and snuggle. Wow first of all thank you for the 420 shout out 😅 I didn't even realize that was this class! So I did this on the road after an 8 hour drive through Texas and Oklahoma and rolled out my mat in a love's parking lot on a windy 50 degree night. It was what I needed and the meditation among the sounds of the trucks was actually so beautiful. Loved this so much, the moves (especially the new ones!!) The music and the energy was just so joyful. I love how these classes find me in different points of my life and make unforgettable moments. Love yall, thank you so much and see yall at planksgiving

Wow this was so much fun! I was on desk crew and then tackled it today in a very mosquito-y park hahaha that was extra challenge 😅 but the joy and also seeing LP do the workout was beautiful! Loved seeing the IRL modifications! Loving the special guests and how even with the injury, yall are still creative enough to continue and even expand the beauty of this workout and community 💙 thank you mbody team! Love yall!! Also!
