Also shoutout to Maddie with the marathon! I jog 2ish miles daily to warm up from mbody occasionally longer if im traveling and feeling it, mbody is amazing for running!!! I couldn't believe the change i felt after incorporating mbody into my life, I cut my miles when I jumped on board but still, its amazing for running! Can't wait to hear the journey

Returned to this today when I had decision fatigue and randomly chose! What a cool underrated class! Focus on inner thighs but a full body activation! Amazing after a full moon cycle!
