Wow new favorite 60 min! First 60 min since tour and this was so well balanced, I loved every sequence and the playlist! Love yall so much, this is a healing hips and heart class 💙

First power sculpt after 6 weeks on the road and these classes always surprise me! Love the flow and the fast moving pace it flew past. An awesome workout to come back too, I was afraid I lost strength but instead I rediscovered it 💙 catching up on creativity month in May but that's okay!

A beautiful class and the first one I did coming back home from a 6 week tour. This was perfect for a sore body that had been in a car for many hours that craved movement! Also the meditation was perfect as I come into a season of completion and enter into the unknown of the future. So excited to catch up on what I missed, and this was perfect, especially with the puppies! Love yall!

I'm so happy you're keeping Topanga!!! I missed the live due to having to check out of the hotel in time but this was such a beautiful and needed flow. I lost my pappy (what Appalachians call grandfathers) yesterday morning and this flow was so needed, the speed the movement, opening the hips. Just so grateful for this fam being there for me during all the times in my life! Love yall so much and congrats Topanga!!! I couldn't take seeing her not get adopted and she got the best home ever!!! Love yall!!!
